Tension Headaches...

Does anyone have any natural remedies for tension headaches that aren't $$$$?? I had one yesterday and my co-worker gave me her Bath and Body Works Roll On Headache Relief oils and it worked like a charm! BUT, the little tiny bottle is like $10!!! It only had peppermint oil and geranium oil in it...

What do you all do for tension headaches? I don't like taking drugs for things like this... any natural remedies?

Was it some sort of aromatherapy thing? If so, you could try to find out the blend and recreate it. But honestly, by the time you buy all your own oils, you probably would have spent more than then $10.

Bath and Body Works currently has a coupon out for $10 off a $30 purchase. If you can find one of those, you could stock up and cut the price per roller down a bit.

I just read in Womans World magazine to eat a candy cane...same reason, peppermint oil used to make the candy cane.

I purchase the oils via ebay for candle making. The scents are quite potent and I just either use a cotton ball or dab some directly on my pillow. Works like a charm each time.

There is a yoga move called Lags on the Wall. You put your butt as close to the corner of the wall and the floor with your legs going up the wall. Head and upper body are on the floor. Relax as much as you can. It usually works for me.
