Tennis Rackets

Quick Question : I see that sporting equipment is on the prohibited list, would tennis rackets be included on this ?
We have a WDW stay pre-cruise and generally like to bring our own tennis rackets to play while we are there. This means they would be in our luggage on board the ship (we obviously don't intend to use them on the cruise, but wouldn't want to go thru a major hassle to get them back at the end of the cruise if they are confiscated)
Anyone know if they are in fact prohibited?
And if so, how you go about getting back your prohibited items?

I don't have an answer for you, but where do you play at WDW? I thought they took out a lot of the courts (I think they had them years ago at GF,and I think CT ).

Tennis rackets are not specifically listed as prohibited. You may want to call DCL and ask. If they are confiscated, there is a location when you disembark where you can claim confiscated items.

Have some name tags on your racket cases, just in case.

We always play while we're in WDW, it's one of our favorite things to do!
I guess I assumed that all the deluxe resorts had courts, but admittedly we've never stayed @ the GF yet

We always play when we're at Boardwalk, Yacht Club / Beach Club, Contemporary & Animal Kingdom Lodge (generally we stay @ Kidani)
