Tender Boats on Excursions

Going on my first cruise in 23 days!!! On our port day in Tortola we will be doing the Jost Van Dyke Beach Day excursion. Can anyone tell me what type of boats they use to "tender" you to the beach? Pictures would be great!! Thanks so much.

In the past, not on DCL, they typically use local ferry / passenger service boats once anchored to tender passengers to the dock. I'm not sure if it's the same on DCL as this will be our first cruise with them as well, but imagine it would be the same. Here is an article specifically with DCL and Grand Cayman:

When we went to Tortola earlier this summer, there wasn't any tender boats. We pulled up to the pier. Are you sure it is a tender port?

I'm thinking OP is referring to the actual excursion and the boats they use to get to the beach.
