ham and potato soup
Ham and pasta salad dish- (serve warm or cold)
Boil 1 box elbow macaroni
Mix 1 packette hidden valley ranch dressing according to directions.
In colander, put 1/2 pack frozen peas, and when elbows are done, pour over peas(blanches them)
Mix pasta and peas with ham and about 1/2-3/4 dressing. I love it warm, DH like s it cold. I also have added carrots.
Ham Wreath
1C. fresh broccoli chopped (I use uncooked but can be streamed)
¼ c. Chopped parsley or 2 tbs. Flakes
2 tbs. Finely chopped onion
2 tbs. Prepared mustard
1 tbs. Butter
1 tsp. lemon juice
¾ c. shredded cheese (I use cheddar)
1 ¼ slice of Ham (or turkey) diced
1 8 oz. Can Pillsbury crescents (I find filling makes almost enough for 2 packages crescents)
Grated parmesan
Heat oven to 350. In large bowl combine parsley, onion, mustard, butter and lemon. Blend well-add cheese, broccoli and ham, mix. Separate crescents. Grease cookie sheet. Arrange crescent triangles, point out, leaving a 3 center opening. Spoon filling onto ring. Fold points over and tuck slightly. Sprinkle w/ parmesan. Bake 25-30 min
