dont think I have heard of that one actually, however one thing I have learned is that there arent any short cuts, dang it! So I am more inclinded to think gimmick since how much of a work out can you get in ten minutes?
however....if you try it and see great results please let me know.
I'm also thinking that if one is not at all active, that anything to get moving is a good thing. If this is what it takes to get it started, then great!
The title is a little misleading. They are 10 minute segments, and you can do only 10 minutes if that's all of the time you have, but really you're supposed to stack the segments to make up an entire workout.
If you go to the forums at Beach Body you can read all about the program and people's experiences with it. Tony Horton's programs are pretty sound. He's a good instructor, a little goofy, but he knows his stuff.
If you like shorter workouts and are looking to change shape quickly, you should check into kettlebells. They're a blast and will kick your butt in a very short amount of time.
I've read some of the feedbacks or testimonals on the website. I'm just a little leary that they only post positive feedback not negative ones. I've been hitting the treadmill for two weeks now and doing situps/pushups. My knees bother me and was wondering if the 10 minute trainer would help without the hurt.
