temps for late dec.

What is it usually like toward the end of Dec.? We'll be there from the 21st through the 28th. I know there is a huge range of temps but what is a possible high and low? Just curious if we should bring shorts or just capris.

Just checked weather.com which shows average high in the low 70's and average low in the low 50's.

We'll also be there during the end of Dec. and I'm planning on capris or cropped pants as well as jeans. We may take 1-2 pair of shorts in case it gets unusually warm, but I'd expect it to be on the cool but pleasant side. Definitely take a jacket with a hood and maybe even gloves. I was there in Nov. 2003 and early Dec. 2002 and was thankful for jacket and gloves both times!

You should bring shorts, a warm jacket plus a sweatshirt. I also like the stretchy gloves that go about a $1 at the local Walgreens. I have been to WDW over New Years when it's been in the 30's. I've been there when it poured rain. I've been there when we wore shorts and tank tops. You have to be ready for all kinds of weather. It makes for difficult packing.

I've been three times in December each were all different!
1998 Shorts short sleeves, sweatshirt.
2000 Jeans, sweatshirts, jackets at night
2003 Froze! Fleece Fleece Fleece!
And we're from Connecticut! So be prepared or just buy it. We wore our coats that had the zipout fleece jackets on the airplane and thankfully we had them there. We had to buy hats for all. But like I said other trips were fine.

We were there in December 2002 and it was cold! We wore our winter jackets every night.

during the days we just layered our clothing as the day wore on we were able to "shed" a layer or two.

We're going this year and we'll bring clothes for all types of weather.
