temps at night?

We've never been to DL before and leave on Wed. Just checked the weather online and so far it looks good for our stay; mid 80s. But do we need to bring light jackets/pullovers for nighttime? We live in Colorado, and here it gets pretty chilly as soon as the sun goes down - even in summer.

Yes, the girls in our group needed a jacket at night on our trip in Aug.

I also like having something to put on, both at night and when you go into a ac'd queue. When I am waiting in line for Pirates and am on that ride a little jacket or sweater is nice to have on. See you there.

Did you wear shorts or pants during the day? I usually wear jeans, but don't want to be too hot, I know it's been warm lately.

I had capri's on with short sleeves and it did get cooler to where I almost needed a jacket tonight. We left at 7:30 and it was a little chilly on the tram.

I was born in Colorado and live here now, but grew up in California.

Take a sweater, as I noticed that as the sun sets it will get breezy and a slight chill (like here on the plains in Colo.) and then once it is fully set the breeze stops. Days are warm, so I wear jean capris and a tank top and take my POTC sweatshirt/jacket for the evening.

I was wondering about what to wear as well. We are going mid October and travelling with only carry on so don't really have room for a lot of extra clothing. Will it be warm enough for shorts and would I look out of place wearing jeans? (How was I to know I should have packed shorts for my trip last Jan?)

I was just about to ask the same thing! We'll be there oct. 11th till the 15th and I'm not sure on what to pack exactly.

We live in AZ so it's pretty much shorts and t-shirst until november!

I'll be there the same week and am planning on jeans and short sleeves with a light sweater for evenings. My girls will have dresses with leggings (they refuse to wear pants!) I'm up in Central California with similar weather, and mid October is usually the turning point to cooler evenings. I think shorts or pants would be fine for daytime unless there is an odd weather event.

Thanks for the tip. I get cold very easily (I'm originally from the tropics ) so I'll make sure I pack some light long sleeves for early in the mornings and a nice warm jacket for the nights.

When in DL in Oct-June I wear jeans, I only wear shorts if we visit July, August or September. I always have a light jacket (unless it's those 3 summer months) with me because I get chilly easy. For our Oct trip I'll have jeans & tees, maybe a tank top or two for during the day but I'll also have a jacket/sweatshirt with me every day.
