Temporary membership number?

What benefits does the temporary membership number get us? We are buying 175 points at SSR, but won't have use until after March 1, 2005. I understand that we can use the points to book til after that date, but wonder if there is some other way to get a member benefit on a short visit later this fall?

Can you tell I'm anxious to go?

We just got back last Friday (9-10) and I'm already working on a way to get back.....we'll be adding on before you know it!

Just curious what the temporary number entitles us to since we have to wait til March....actually May to go.

Sure would like to be able to book our first visit home for Memorial Day week.

Even though you won't have use of the points until after March of 2005, you could make reservations for that time period now. You could make reservations through next summer as a matter of fact and would need a member number to do so.

You also could call MS to get what you need to access the official web site, which you may already have, but if you didn't you would need your number for that too.

Making reservations is the big thing....we want to go for Memorial Day week and don't want to wait til March to make reservations. It may still be hard to get a studio for that time frame even now.

Hopefully our pin numbers will arrive today because I'm dying to get on the member site! Patience is not my strong suit
