temperatures in florida- february

Planning a trip to Discovery Cove for 1st week in February. What are normal temps for that time of year?? Will I be able to swim?? thanks..

From what I've read in the past, Feb. weather in Florida is a toss up.

We went during the kids Feb. break (President's week) and we hade 80 degree and plus weather. It was wonderful! We were spoiled. But, we met a family who flew in 4 days prior to us, and their first day it was only in the 40's. So, like I said, I think it's a toss up.

We went 2 years ago in February. For most of the trip, it was chilly in the morning, but it warmed up in the mid-70's during the day. A couple of the days, it was FREEZING!! We even had to purchase a knit hat and mittens at Magic Kingdom one afternoon for my DD because it was so windy and cold. Come prepared for either type of weather.
