TEMP: 3 degrees & still dropping

Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr 2am. Expected low tonight is -1. That's BEFORE a windchill factored in.

Bring back those 70 degree days we had just 2 weeks ago.

its 10 degrees here, real heat wave LOL. It feels much colder though out there! Its 4am and my duaghter and I just got home from a fun filled night at the ER! She woke up around 1230 and all she could squeek out was "I cant breath!!!" I gave her 2 breathing treatments,put her in the hot shower and then borught her out into the freezing cold and she still wasn't breathing well so off we went. She got another breathing treatment there, a shot of steroids to open up her lungs and then 2 hours of oxygen. What a fun night...now I get to call off sick to work and go to bed!! Its a wonder I don't have a head of gray hair from this kid!!

It's one degree here in CT. and I'm getting ready to go on duty. I'm hoping for a shift with no runs today. The moment any water is used it's frozen as soon as it hits the ground. And, the minute you get wet your done for the day.

Sorry guys that it is so cold where you are. I am happy though to get some of your arctic blast. I know it must pass by you to get to me, but I am enjoying it. This morning it is 48 out. It won't go over the low 60's today, which will feel like the dead of winter to me here since we've had 80's all winter. This is good since my central A/C is out. I'd rather be too cold than too hot.

DH works for the electric co and got called in at 1 AM and is still out, I gave up on sleep around 3:30 AM and have to go into work, my day off, around 10 for an hour or so. It is freezing, even my cat who loves this weather is hibernating!
