Telling kids their preggo in WDW! Help?

I hope this is a good place to post this!

I have a friend going to WDW for the first time with her husband and kids this weekend for a week long trip. She has two daughters and just found out she's expecting their 3rd!

She's wanting help thinking of a special way to tell the kids about the baby while there at WDW. I was hoping to get some help from all of you Disney lovers!

They're eating at Akershus their first night there...I thought of maybe having one of the princesses bring them a par of baby Mickey ears? That's all I've come up with so far though...

Any ideas would be soooo much appreciated!!

Maybe pick out a Baby's First Christmas ornament in the gift shop together? I am assuming she is due before Christmas LOL

I do like the Mickey ears. I am not sure how you get the princesses involved in it though. I understand the servers are usually game for surprises. Maybe a special cake or dessert at a meal that announces it?

One of my cousins announced her pregnancy while at WDW! They bought three or four of those balloons with the Mickey heads inside, but made sure that they were pink (because they were expecting a girl.) They attached it to a sign that said "We're having a GIRL! 6/19/13." They gave the sign to Buzz Lightyear to hold up, took a picture, and that was that. They could maybe try something similar to that? Perhaps make a poster and give it to a character and have them show it to the kids?
