Tell me your favorite dining experiences!

So we have been to Disney 5 times in the last 5 years, and our trips are getting stale, as much as I hate to say it. we go to the same restaurants every time, and although they are places we really like, we want to change it up a bit when we go again next December. We have 2 boys who will be 6 (almost 7) and 10 at the time of our next trip. The boys and I aren't terribly adventurous eaters, but maybe willing to stretch out of our comfort zone a little :) Here are the places we typically eat, and the other one we definitely want to keep for next time is dinner at Ohana (it's our favorite place).

HS: Hollywood & Vine (the seasonal dine the last 2 times)
Epcot: Did Biergarten on our first trip, not opposed to doing it again but open to other ideas. No Akershus, did it twice already. Where else should we try there?
MK: Done Crystal Palace a lot
AK: Do Tusker House every time, love it (we even named our puppy Tusker!) but interested in maybe trying Yak and Yeti? Also have done Rainforest Cafe
Resorts/Other: Done 1900 Park Faire breakfast, Ohana dinner (we love and will do again next time), Whispering Canyon, Hoop Dee Doo (did once, really enjoyed it), Boma dinner, Cape May breakfast and dinner
Disney Springs: Done T Rex

In particular, we are interested in the Sunday brunch at Narcoosee's, and especially any recommendations for Epcot. We are not opposed to Signature dining (2 meals) if it is really outstanding.

Thanks so much!
For HS I would do 50's prime time, we love it there, fun and casual dining atmosphere. Our girls ages 8 and 10 at the time thought this was the best!! Also love sci fi drive in too, very very fun!!
Epcot- Coral Reef (fun, seafood), Le Cellier, (upscale steakhouse atmosphere), Mexican La Hacienda de San Angel and QS places Yorkshire Fish and Sunshine seasons. SO MUCH good food in epcot
MK- Fun american fare, Liberty Tree tavern, Be Our Guest- very cool even for boys not into princesses. QS- Pinocchio Haus
AK- Loved Satuli Canteen for QS- Yak and Yeti is great for families, very fun atmosphere
Resort -we loved the ohana breakfast (Lilo/Stitch and Mickey and Pluto are there) and 1900 park fare dinner buffet, both pricey but fun character meals. 1900 park fare was the stepsisters, cinderella, prince charming and the evil stepmother, lady tremaine.

HS: Sci fi is fun. probably 50's diner too but we are always on the dining plan and its not a good value on the dining plan.
Epcot: Garden grill is nice if you want to meet characters and its not buffet. Food is okay. They have pot roast now which is mostly what I eat there. Teppan edo for hibachi is fun for the kids, although I caution everyone that just about anywhere else that serves hibachi is better than the disney hibachi. Chef's de france is nice for a nice reasonably priced dinner.
MK: Be our guest is Decent, Kids also love Chef Mickeys although the food is terrible. Of course Ohana is decent. You could also try Kona Cafe at Poly, they do the Kona Cone for Dessert which is fun for the kids. Whispering Canyon is basically my kids favorite place near MK.
AK: We honestly don't eat there aside from quick service. We would try rainforest but the kids love Trex so we end up going back there.
