Tell me your experiences with BBB - would love any pics too

Question about the photos--

We are doing the middle package in May for my daughter. I would love to do the photopackage, but we are already prepurchasing the photopass CD. It sounds like I can take her for the photos and they can add them to the CD?

Can someone explain how/where to go for this & what to do? Also, we have our BBB appt. at 11am (I'm planning on showing up early hoping they can get us in just a bit ahead of time) and our CRT reservation at noon...can we do the photos AFTER the lunch?

You can have all the pics put on your photopass and they will tell exactly where to go. There are no appointments, so you can go whenever you like. I preferred waiting until I got home to have the pictures printed that way I could really think about which ones I wanted and I didn't have to worry about damaging them in travel.

We LOVE the BBB! This time we will be doing the basic package - the plastic shoes and tiara with the castle package weren't necessary.

You may notice I ran out of creativity with the shows, but I promised DD her next movie will be more original.

DD8 says it was the best part of her trip. We had 11:30 BBB then 1:00 lunch at CRT - cut it close! I say allow 1 1/2 hour in case they are running late. Did basic package with our own dress, definitely the way to go. The dress we had was from dressupclothesforkids.com and much more comfortable. Did the photo thing on Photopass, no extra charge, no appt, great deal.

Don't know how to insert a pic, but they turned out great. Definitely would do again.

Oh, and in case you worry about the makeup thing, they fairy godmothers will go light if you want (I just whispered it to the side), very tasteful.

Our BBB appointment is for 8:30 with CRT at 10:00. Would that be considered cutting it too close??? I thought the whole transformation process took only 20 min??? I thought I was giving myself a lot of time between the 2. I also thought that maybe since we're close to opening time, they won't be too far behind in time, so they will be able to take us on time.

Also, we would like to get photos done for a photopass I plan to prepurchase. Does Exposition Hall get busy?? How long of a wait do you think it averages? Do they have an organized way of getting photos done (sign up sheet, number system etc) during busy times? I would like to get them done after our breakfast. Thanks for any info!

We did BBB 2 weeks ago. My daughter *LOVED* it. She is 4 and hates her hair fixed, but she endured it to e a princess! Of course she is a feisty one and she didn't want the adorable little bun every mom wants for their daughter.... oh no, she wanted the Diva, in pink! Ugh!

It was about an hour. We did DTD. I didn't want to waste park time on BBB. We swam in the am, did BBB, strolled around DTD, relaxed and went to dinner.

We also did the middle package! We went to WM and paid 18 bucks for the dress vs. 64 at Disney. It is a lesser quality, but it is a dress up dress, who cares?! She had cinderilla and belle. Of course she needed to be aurora as an excuse for a new dress.

My DD4 LOEVD her BBB experience. She of course had to have the pink hair! Turns out she was right. It really popped against her blue dress, and she got tons of comments that day at the parks making the whole experience extra fun. Our appt was at 8am, and they called us right away. The whole appt was abt 30 minutes, start to finish for the middle pkg, no photo pkg. I'm sure you will have a wonderful time!

Hi, we are planning a trip in Oct. and I am going to have my girls do this, what I was wondering is does the Tiara come with the package or is this something you pay extra for??? We are going to do the middle package. TIA

The fairytale hairstyle comes w/ a small rhinestone tiara but for an additional 10 dollars you can have it added to the other hairstyles.
