Trip is June 15-25, 2006! Am I trying to pack too much in? We are on the dining plan and we typically like a T/S adr for dinner, C/S for lunch, I am planning on packing stuff to grab for breakfast

Cast:

DW (Me) 41 Now a total WDW planner
DH 43 Easy going - Goes with the flow
DS 12 Sweet, Very techie, Warms up a little slow to rides
DD 5 Into princesses, bold and fearless on any ride
We are staying at the Poly on 15th-23rd and then the AKL from the 23rd-25th

Not Arriving until 21st:
Grandma 60's
DB 43 totally into the Thrill Rides
DSIL 43 Not that into WDW but a good sport and loves a vacation!
They are staying at the WDW Hilton from the 21st - 26th

June 15
Arrive MCO 6ish Check in to Poly Play it by Ear, Counter Service for Dinner

June 16
Animal Kingdom - Get there early, leave mid afternoon Dinner at Chef Mickey's

June 17
Magic Kingdom - CRT at 8:05am Rest at hotel in afternoon, Dinner at O'Hanas go back to Park after dinner

June 18 Father's Day
Epcot - Morning EMH, Surprise Daddy with Segway tour at 9:30am, Dinner at Le Cellier

June 19
Disney Studios Dinner at Hollywood and Vine

June 20
Typhoon Lagoon in AM, come back to Hotel in Afternoon Kids to Neverland Club at 6:00pm, Mom/Dad dinner at Blue Zoo at 7:00pm

June 21
Sleep in! Disneyquest in Afternoon, Dinner in DTD
Grandma, DB, DSIL arrive at MCO at 6ish and check in to Hilton at WDW

June 22
DB wants to go to Kennedy Space Center (What time should we plan to leave WDW? What time should we plan to be back?) I was going to make a dinner reservation in DTD for this evening, what time should I make it for to avoid being rushed at the Space Center?

June 23
DW, DH, DS, and DD Check out at poly, check in to AKL
We will go to Epcot and have Dinner at Rose & Crown

June 24
Magic Kingdom day Dinner at Liberty Tree

June 25
Animal Kingdom
DW, DH, DS, and DD leave MCO at 6ish

June 26
DGM, DB, DSIL leave MCO at 6ish
(I was going to suggest to them that they go to DS)
 
I think you should maybe plan a vacation after this to relax.....
Ever think about adding Seaworld into the mix?
 
I think your plans sound great and not too packed!!! Kennedy Space Center, if I remember correctly, takes around an hour from Orlando depending on traffic. If it were me I'd plan to leave around 9am, after rush hour and leave before afternoon rush hour starts. We spent about 4 hours and that was enough time for us, though we're not the "read every plaque" kind of people...I would say that since you're staying at AKL, I would definately eat at Boma and/or Jiko. These are 2 restaurants we love to go to every trip!!! have WONDERFUL time!!! pixiedust:
