Tell me what you LOVE about your pack and play

I'm pregnant and figured I'd get one for the living room--to use as a changer when she is little; and also to travel with.

There is a Graco Disney print one that is sold at Walmart & JcPenny's. Since it is mostly for travel, I am thinking it may be the way to go--as it would theme nicely with my Disney hotel room.

Here is a link to the whole collection:

I am only going to get the pack & play.

That's the one we have. Basically its use (for us) is DS's changing table and a catch-all for clothing.

IMHO, it's not quite a "must have". We didn't use the bassinet part because DD3 kept crawling into it.

PP: I'd buy one with a changing table, but I wouldn't go for anything fancier. :thumbsup2

Nothing!

We had a cosleeper (Arms Reach) that we used for a while until dd/ds could pull up on it.

Then we closed it up and stored it away until the next kid!

Waste of space to have it in the Living Room, just laid out a quilt on the floor and they napped there if needed.

I wouldn't bother buying one at all!

ETA..I should clarify that we LOVED the cosleeper to use as just that, a cosleeper...but we never used it as a PNP.

My son hated his, so it ended up being a blanket storage unit.

Yech.

I used to put him in his Fisher Pricer Zoo jumper and he'd go to town if I had to shower or get anything done. He loved it and it kept him contained, safe and active!
