Tell Me The Difference Between WDTC and CRO???

We are thnking of a Dec. stay and hoping the FTP package will be extended. I am just curious of what the difference is between WDTC and CRO. Which one would I be best to go with? Thanks!

If you are going to go with the FTP package (should it be extended) you won't have a choice. You will be booking it with WDTC.

The only time you have a choice is if you are booking a room only reservation and not using any discounts or codes. Any reservation that entails the use of codes is restricted to booking through one branch of DRC only and you can't choose.

GoldenOldie, I've always been able to use codes and AP rates when booking with CRO.

O.K. so I have a reservation on hold and 14 days to make the 200 deposit. Will I for sure get my money back if there are'nt any special codes or new packages that come out that will cover my time frame of Dec 8-14 and we decide before the 45 days to cancel.

Just want to make sure I'll get my deposit back if we can't get any more off. The price they gave me today is pretty high and I so hope they extend the FTP package. Thanks!

Yes you have.

AP rates are through CRO only. So are some other room only rates (the ones with three letters like CZQ). WDTC cannot book these in their system (yet).

But other rates like DC rates and codes with 4 letters have to be booked through WDTC. CRO cannot book these. You have no choice in these.

Like I said above - you can only book these through one branch of DRC, not both.

As long as you cancel it prior to that 45 day window, you will get a full refund.

Why did you book through WDTC, did you book a package? If you book room only through CRO, you'll have up until 5 days prior to your arrival to change or cancel without penalty, even more time for you to watch for those discount codes. ~~
