First timers here. Coming to Pop Century on Sat. 6/12. What is Concierge and does the Pop offer it?

No POP doesn't offer it. It is at the deluxe level. It is usually a certain floor where other amenities are offered like snacks, concierge to make priority settings, etc.

I am sure the experts will be along to explain it better.

Well a concierge is like your personally babysitter, they do almost any and everything for you that you could imagine and they are expected to know almost anything you could ask, and if not to get you the information faster than if you did it yourself. Unfortunately Pop does not have a concierge level but if you ask us to, we can do almost everything they can, it might just take us a little longer to get results. We are a new resort at WDW but our guest service motto is that we are a value price not a value quality, about half the people at Pop Century opened the resort about 6 months ago (December 14th) to be exact, the other half that did have moved on to bigger and better things. Anyways we think of Pop as our personally achievement, and this being said we'll try everything within our power to make sure that Pop Century is your WDW resort hotel of choice for years to come. Our goal since opening is that by 2005 we'll be so popular that WDW Engineering and Upper Management will have no choice but to start building the final phase of Pop Century tp accomdate the numerous requests from guests to stay with us. Anyways like I basically said any other questions feel free to write!

BMR72988 - note, Joshua does indeed work at Pop as a CM! Besure to keep his name and hunt him down! You have his **promise** that he will "service" you!
