Tell me more about cabanas... Especially Cabana #25

Just did our check in for our May 7th Southern Caribbean re-po cruise.
We are platinum, I was able to grab Cabana 25 it was the last one available.
There were a few family beach available too, by 12:15 they were all gone.....

This will be our first time in 25, we have been in the other 3 in the past.

I am on the same cruise but I'm not platinum. I've had luck getting cabana's as a silver but only in the spring months. I wasn't expecting to get one for this cruise, but I am very excited about the itinerary!

Lucky..! I havent had a chance to try since we turned gold mind you, but had no luck as silver. I'll look again when our window opens for the stop we have at CC next year for sure!

We are cruising for the first time next month. How do you book your own cabana on Serenity Bay prior to your cruise?

I managed to snag 24 for my parents and me when my window opened as a Silver. Granted, my window opened at Midnight when it became US Thanksgiving, so there might not have been as many people up then...but it also wasn't snatched up by Concierge, Platinum, or Gold.

25 did show up a few days later (it was gone the last time I looked), but I was too afraid to let go of 24 for the split second it would have taken to grab 25 for fear BOTH would have been snatched.

I dis wake up at 11:55 PM to book Palo Brunch and the Cabana... It probably helped.
