I've made a change of plans, and am now taking someone else on my trip with me. She's a complete Peter Pan freak! Are there any secrets, little tidbits, or ANYTHING you guys can tell me that would be special, or even just a little something that have to do with Pan or Tinkerbell? Anything would be extra helpful, thanks in advance!!

You can meet Peter, Wendy, Captain Hook, & Mr. Smee in Adventureland @ MK (near PotC). Tinkerbell flys from the top of Cinderella's Castle during Wishes. Also, you can get your picture taken on Main Street where they digitally add Tinkerbell to where she's hovering above your open palm.

When you get to the parks, call guest services and find out when and where the Peter Pan characters will be and then surprise her by being there. :flower:

My daughters always shout "There's Ariel!" when we pass the mermaids. She does look like Ariel! :flower:

When we were there in Nov. Peter Pan was not out every day. On my son's birthday he was not in the MK. However, on our last night there we were walking by an saw him. It just so happens that our son had his peter pan shirt, hat, and shoes on. When Peter Pan saw him he said "hey, its ... me". The woman playing wendy was awesome!! She went and got a sharpee marker so Peter pan could sign my son's hat. It was so great. He still proudly wears his Peter Pan autographed hat.

I've heard you can "wake up" tinkerbell in the morning, but you have to rush to do it, be the first one there. I've never done it however.

There's the Peter Pan ride n MK ofcourse and Peter and Wendy are usually standing to the right signing autographs right after you pass under the railway station on main street

I was wondering about waking up Tinkerbell. Do they let older people do this? I also wouldn't want to take anything away from a child, but if nobody else asks... :)

The Family Magic Tour!

(Warning - do not read if you do not want to know the details of the Family Magic Tour)

There is no guarantee that you would have the experience with Peter Pan (character may vary), but most people I know who have taken the Family Magic Tour met Peter Pan at the end. He spends a lot of quality time with the tour participants at the end of a scavenger hunt you go on through the park. He chats with them at length, signs authgraphs and takes pictures. Then - the best part - he goes on a ride with the participants. I'm going to upload one or two pics we took with him to give you an idea of our experience with him. The tour does cost extra, though.

Also, I don't know if this is a regular experience, but Peter kept peeking into the castle when we were there for breakfast. Then Hook chased him around outside the windows. That was fun.

Okay, here's an idea of our experience at the end of the Family Magic Tour.

I have read that tinkerbell is not really there. It is just the a light and music or something.

I would try a Wishes cruise with Peter Pan.

YOu'll see Peter Pan during the 3:00 parade.

You didn't really say the age of the person, but if it is a child, you could let her spend a few hours at the Neverland Club in the Polynesian. My kids went when they were 7 and 5 and they absolutely loved it.

Even if she is too old, you could go by there and look at the neat theming. To get inside, kids must "climb" thru a window, like in the movie.

From All Ears Net:

"What is the Neverland Club?

This is a special child care experience for children ages 4-12. It is a supervised child care program for WDW guests that features full-sized arcade games, Nintendo, computers, dress-up, arts & crafts and Disney movies. The facility is themed to Peter Pan and includes the Darling nursery, Skull Rock, a pirate ship, and the clouds of London.

From 6 until 8 p.m. a dinner buffet is served, which typically includes pizza, chicken fingers, macaroni and cheese, French fries, hot dogs, corn on the cob, fruit, and dessert. A pudding dessert is served at 8 p.m. and a juice and cookie snack at 10 p.m.

The Club is located in the same building as the arcade and the laundry, between the Rarotonga and Rapa Nui longhouses. Please note that animal programs and character appearances are no longer part of the Neverland Club. Reservations are required, and can be made by calling (407) WDW-DINE.

For currrent pricing and additional information, visit our ChildCare FAQ.

Youll probably wait in long line for the ride - unless you FP that is ... :cool1:

The family magic tour looks WONDERFUL, but I already booked the KTTK tour. Is there much of a difference in price? Cause it's never too late to make some changes! :):):)

Also, those pictures are so adorable!!

Hey Howell Disney Freak! I am in Ramtown! Anyway my son was a Peter Pan FREAK. Peter, Captain Hook and Smee are at the end of the parade at Magic Kingdom. And they are all in the Electrical Light Parade also. Smee and CAptain Hook are out in the little area at the bathrooms by Pirates of the CArribean for photos. Sometimes Peter and Wendy are at the Peter Pan ride.
We had luck at the Cinderella Character Breakfast with Peter..he spent ALOT of time with my son, and also at the Grand Floridian Dinner, which was billed as Beauty and the Beast and "Friends" so ask when you make your reservations who is scheduled to be there. In Epcot the characters ride on the double decker bus and stop for photos and Peter Pan is on that one. As someone said, you can see Tink fly off the castle after the electrical light parade. Stand facing the castle and you will see the wire go down towards tomorrowland. Stand someplace you can see that well. All the Peter Pan characters are also in the Fantasmic show at MGM on the floats. HAVE FUN! We will be there last week of April for spring break!

Definitely do the Family Magic Tour. It is possible it will not be Peter at end of tour, but you will love it regardless.

Wake up Tink at the toy store, or just go see her flying around anytime of day.

Hook and Smee are usually outside Pirates.

I think it is only at Disneyland, but on the Peter Pan ride, when you start in the bedroom, there are building blocks piled up. The letters on the blocks spell PETER when rearranged.

be sure to go in a shop I use emporium and have them call the character line thye will tell you the exact time and place to meet him, my little one talked to him in the night parade and then she had things to tell him so we went nuts trying to find him thenw e called and- well we didfind him in adventure land exactly when they said he'd be there and they had a long chat! Wendy was great too!

Here's a interesting site about Peter Pan. Ok, I can't lie, it's really disturbing. A fellow DISer (mariamouse) posted about this site earlier on the Community Board and since you want to know all about Peter Pan I thought you might be interested. Enjoy...

I love that guy! Bizarre, and hilarious. But whatever floats his boat, I guess. My friend who lives in Florida always emails him to try and meet him. I think I'd be afraid.
