Tell Me All You Know/Like About Halloween At WDW

Just interested to know how Halloween is at WDW . . .weather, crowds, etc.

My DD and DS have a long weekend that weekend and was possibly thinking of going for 4 nights . . .10/31 - 11/3.

We were pleasantly surprised with Halloween week last year. I was so afraid it would be crowded since we've never gone that time of the year before.

The weather was perfect. The crowds were low and we enjoyed Halloween night at MNSSHP very much, even though our DD got sick around 9:00p.

We're going to try Halloween again in 2004, going X-mas this year (again). Our DD wants to give it a try again NOT sick! We were actually think of alternating each year between Halloween and X-mas!

the weather is great. it's still very warm, but not extremely humid. it's not crowded at all. it's a great time to go. mnsshp is
excellent!

We've been at Chirstmas the past two years and are going for Halloween this year ourselves. It's a great way to get two years out of an Annual Pass.

We were there 10/25-11/4 in 2002. Weather was awsome. Crowds were light until 11/1 and they picked up quiet a bit, but not huge crowds or anything....just noticably busier. It's a fantastic time to go...you get MNSSHP & the Food & Wine Fest to boot! Have fun!

We were at WDW October 31 - November 7, 2000 and I'll agree with previous posters, the weather was nearly perfect! Were going back at the same time this year.

I've read other posts in which people have said that the crowds are bad at MNSSHP on Halloween. I can only refer to Halloween 2000, but I didn't think it was terribly packed that night. It was busy, but I don't think we stood in line for more than 15 minutes for anything.

The decorations around MK are great. The characters in costume are fun. The parade is great.
