I joined Curves on Sept 10, and have gotton rid of about 34 lbs so far.
The staff will tell you that 3 times a week will do your body the most good.... one day to recover in between visits. I go every day though. I just feel better if I have a regular routine.
All sizes and shapes go there, so nobody feels out of place. We all have a good time, and with everything going on- you almost forget that you're supposed to leave!!
I will say that I'm doing Atkins also (it's good to have a nutrition plan) and I started with Curves almost 2 months after I started Atkins. So my total lost so far (I'll be changing my clippie- just haven't gotton around to it yet) is about 56 lbs.
