We are in the market for a new tent as we tried our new one out last week and did not like it at all. We are looking for a larger tent (sleeps 7 or more) that will fit on our site next to our 25ft class c rv.

We'll be at FW Dec. 8-18th, so our weather conditions aren't totally predictable, but I'm assuming rain and some chilly nights.

Thanks!

We had a bad situation in Dec. of 2005. We had bought a brand new Coleman tent that was guaranteed to keep us dry............well long story short, we ended up spending our last night in a cabin due to our tent literally having puddles in it. It was nasty packing up wet air mattresses, tent( stuff that we couldn't dry in the dryer) then driving from Orlando to central Minnesota to have it be too cold to dry our tent until spring. :scared: So last year we went to a Sporting goods store and bought a Browning brand 10-person tent--it's HUGE! It was alot more money, but we thought we'd see if it's true that you get what you pay for.....we stayed at FW this past January and had 2 nights where it POURED!! And it was a HARD rain--but our tent was completely dry!!!!:thumbsup2 We were so happy! We LOVE the new tent!

We have a Coleman Weathermaster that has lasted for 5 years now. We always seam seal periodically and spray Scotch Guard over everything, even the rainfly. So far (knock on wood) we haven't had any leaks and we've gone through a few Florida storms with it. Before our Coleman, we had an Ozark Trails Dome tent and we still use it with the boy scouts.

I've got a Coleman 13x13 L-Shaped Tent. I really enjoy it. However, I used it for me, myself, and I. Yep that's right just one person. I bought it for my extended Ft. Wilderness trips and it gave me a bedroom, a potty room, and a changing room. Never any leaks either. Just like Tent Camping Mom, I too seal everything up periodically (about every 6 months.)
