So, tell me about these two resorts...pros cons...why you like them or dont...
TIA!

We love them both, for different reasons. The VWL is in my opinion the most relaxing resort. There is something about that resort that immediately takes away all my stress! I love taking the boat to MK and also to the Cont. We spend the most time at MK, so it's very convenient.

The BWV are beautiful. The lobby is very elegant and we found the CMs there to be the best, so friendly and helpful. You can't beat the short walk to Epcot, and we didn't find the walk to MGM to be bad either. At night the BW is beautiful when all lit up. I love just walking around there at night and taking in the atmostphere and entertainment.

ok that made my decision harder!!! :rotfl2: I would love to stay at the BW...just b/c...but BF might not go for it...its no where near the monorail....but since this might be a quick trip ...and just a walk to epcot I might be able to sell it...

We really like that Wilderness Lodge is that outdoorsy feel! I can definately see where this would be the most relaxing of the 2...I would love to stay there...boat to MK...and Contemp...does it get much better than that? The water near by...hmmm...decisions decisions...

thanks for your imput!!! How are either one of them as far as crowds in May???

Both have great things I love about them but I prefer the Boardwalk. I love that you can walk to Epcot. I love that you can get up in the morning and take a stroll to the bakery or walk over to the Dolphin or Swan or Beach and Yacht Clubs. I love sitting outside and having a slice of pizza and just people watch. I love the variety of places to eat within walking distance.

The VWL is very woodsy and you feel like your someplace else. It has more of a relaxed feel to it.

As for crowds in May, I went this past May and it wasn't too bad. I think if you stay away from holidays and summer when the kids are out of school, you should be okay. I went in August and that was a nightmare for me. Never again :badpc:

Sorry about that! I always struggle with deciding where to stay because there are so many places I really love! So I just tell myself, it just means we have to plan another trip soon! ;)

I can't help you because we couldn't decide between them, either. We bought both!
