DH and I love the wave pool at TL and have always spent one full day at this water park. However, we'd like to try BB on our trip coming up. The WDW website gives the info about slides, etc., but not about the pool. BB does have one, right?

A bit smaller than TL wave pool and is a gently bobbing type of wave. :bounce:

BB is the Gulf of Mexico versus TL's north Atlantic Ocean. :jumping1:

BB pool stinks, its small and WAY to shallow. Its deep enough that walking in it is hard, but to shallow to swim without scraping your knees. DH and I enjoyed the lazy river more, plus it wasn't as crowded.

A previous posters comment about BB being like the Gulf of Mex. and TL being like the Atlantic is a perfect comaprison. BB is a little more gentle.

We like BB's wave pool better- TL has waves that are just too big and rough for DD7. BB's waves are "just right"- not too big for little kids. Although teens might think they are too tame.

The wave pool does have some depth. We were in up to my shoulders most of the time and even in spots was over my head. Photo even shows depth painted on side as 5'9". No, it isn't as exciting as TL's wave pool....but it is a great park overall, and the wave pool is a nice place to relax. We like to go with extended family and this wave pool we can all hang out and visit and stay cool. TL it is bodies every which way. But TLs pool is one of it's major attractions and at BB it is not.

We love both parks and alternate between them. I would certainly go and try it out, it has some great slides.
