Tell me about the Kiss Goodnight

I'll be going to the MK to see Wishes one last time and the park closes at 9pm that night. I thought that it would be nice to stick around and see the "kiss goodnight" that everyone talks about. I usually have kids with me and we can't stay late enough to see it. Is it worth sticking around to see? What exactly happens?

It is a short little announcement and I believe it was updated to have a projection on the castle now.

It's a lovely way of saying the park is closed, time to leave. If you've never seen it, I think it's worth staying one time. Another thead, recently posted a video.

It's a very nice Disney way of saying, "NO, REALLY....Go home!" If you haven't stayed for it....it's fun. But really.... I think of it as a way of saying to CMs..."They're leaving...you're safe now!"

I'm reminded of a visit several trips back. I had seen the video and wanted more to HEAR it than SEE it as I loved the music for it. We stayed and our in-laws who were with us asked. "Is that it?"

They did not appreciate it nearly as much as I did!
