Tell me about the BCV 1 BR!

I've stayed at HH and OKW in one BR, but never at BCV. However, this time DS is going with me, so we reserved a 1 BR. Hopefully, we'll get an upper floor, that's what I requested. But what's the layout like? Is there porch access from the MBR-always, sometimes, never? Any particulary good/bad locations?

We have been OKW owners since 1994 and usually stay there , but last June we were in a 1 bedroom at BCV. It was 121 on first floor on a small corridor of only 3 other villas. It was very convenient to the quiet pool and to the BC lobby(and valet), self parking and all the restaurants,etc. We enjoyed being there after a long night at one of the parks. It had small foyer with table when you entered, set up for kitchen is to right with small standing area to cook. etc and a 2 person counter seating; bench with table seating another 4. into living room....sleep sofa TV and table, door to small patio with 2 chairs. washer and dryer in hallway outside master bedroom. bathrrom is divided into shower and toilet area and second sink and jaccuzzi in the other area that is open to master. The living/dining spaces were very small for us being used to the spacious living and kitchen area at OKW, but we enjoyed it none the less. We did not miss"a view" because we really enjoyed the convenience of the room to everything.

Thanks so much Connears. That kitchen counter seating is really going to appeal to DS. We have that in our kitchen at home, and the only time it gets used is when DS comes home from college and eats all his meals there. And I think there's some Jazz channel on the TV too. If so, he may never leave the room! Sounds like alot of solo park time for me!
