Tell me about the Alice Tea Party at GF !!

I am going to WDW with my god daugters in the fall and they will be 6 and 3 when we go. There mom really wants to do the Alice Tea Party at the GF for the girls.

Can anyone give me feedback on this and the cost?
Haw far in advance should we reserve?

I've only done the wonderland tea party.....
not sure if thats the one your talking about....

this one is for about 1hr....and you leave your kid there....they
decorate cupcakes and have "tea"....very cute...
about 40 bucks....

the other one is a few hundred and the mom goes also.

It's a credit card hold and it's billed 24 hours prior to the party.

Are there characters at the kids tea party?

Our DD attended this in 2006 - she was 5 at the time. Adults get a pager in case your child(ren) hasn't settled after you leave which is reassuring but I don't think many parents get called back early.

Alice and the Mad Hatter dropped in to visit with the children and pose for pics and autographs.

DD loved it and would like to do it again.
