Tell me about the AK parade

Hi all,
I'm trying to decide when to squeeze in our dinner at 1900 Park Fare. We will be stopping by AK for a short visit on our arrival day and should be able to see the parade that afternoon. We were also planning on doing a full day at AK a couple days later. Is it worth seeing the parade both days? Our group is 2 adults and a 5 1/2 and 3 1/2 year old DD's. If the parade isn't that great I may plan on leaving AK a bit earlier our second visit and going to the 1900 Park Fare dinner.

So please tell me a bit about the parade.

I would just see the parade once. It's a fun parade but it's definitely not my favorite.

It is our favorite parade because it is so unique. I still agree with DISNEY111 to only see it once. We only see it once when visiting, even if we are at AK for 2 days.

We love this parade - our DD is 4. The thing we like most about this parade is that we get a lot of character interaction. If you plan on watching the parade and then leaving, just get a spot closer to the front of the park. The parade starts in Africa and goes counter-clockwise around the circle and back to Africa.
