What time do they do this? If I am at MK that day, can we easily get to the Luau from MK? What time would it be over? Will there still be buses running to resorts (we will be at OKW) when it is over?

What is the food like? Would vegetarians be able to find something to eat? Is 120 days too late to get reservations? Should I plan it for next year's trip instead and make reservations now (isn't this one that takes reservations 2 years in advance?).

Any input on this Dinner Show would be welcomed.
Thanks!

We leave on June 22 and i just made reservations two weeks ago for June 29 with no problem and my choice of time..when you call you can ask the CM about the buses but I am pretty sure they run after the show is over..

You can get ps for The Spirit of Aloha two years in advance. There is an early show at 5:00 pm, and a late show, 8:15 pm. We chose the early show. When you make your PS request seats in front of the stage...no guarantees, but it never hurts to ask.

It's a quick trip from the MK to the Poly via boat or monorail.

Enjoy!

I am not sure about the vegetarian meals because everyone gets served the same thing. You could always call and ask. Otherwise, this is what we were served (family style).

1st Course: salad with some sort of vinagrette dressing (very good), bread and pineapple slices

2nd Course: BBQ ribs, broiled chicken, steamed veggies and rice

Dessert: it was some sort of cake with a strawberry sauce over it and some were cover with chocolate. Inside of the cake was some sort of filling. I had a very small taste and I didn't care for it. I was too stuffed from eating the ribs so I didn't endulge.

We did the 8pm show and it was really neat in the dark.

We didn't want to wait for a bus and we couldn't take the monorail to CS so we took a cab. It cost us $8, but it was well worth it. We were so tired and so hot and sticky that taking a cab was just wonderful!

We were also thinking of doing this show in december. Do you think teens will enjoy it and since this is a outside show will we freeze if the weather is not right? thanks
