We re staying here for the second half of our Disneymoon but really know nothing about this resort.
Can anyone clue me up on what its like, if you ve got any pics id love to see them. Any info would be much appreciated:goodvibes

POFQ is a very pretty and compact resort. The Sassagoula Floatworks is a great foodcourt and the pool area is lovely.

Claire ;)

We stayed here last year and absolutely loved it. We wanted to go back this year but it was full, so we are trying the other half of it - Riverside. Its grounds are beautiful, its compact which is great after a hard days park walking, food court is adequate, parking is close to all the buildings, it has a nice size shop and a good pool. Staff were also friendly. The river is beautiful to walk along, and you can also use all the facilities at Riverside if you want a change of scene. Plus there is a boat which goes to DTD every 10 minutes which is really handy You will love it!

we are staying there this year, we have visited it several times and love how small and compact it is. Its so nice to walk around

we've stayed on the other side at Riverside and that was lovely. We went over once to the FQ and had the beignets, yummy!

There's a great website for anything Port Orleans related: http://www.portorleans.org/

You'll have an amazing time there!

That website is really good they have a video clip of a walking tour of both the riverside and POFQ and it looks lovely. Try allears.net for reviews and more photos.

We highly recommend :worship::worship:Andre's site it's packed with great photos and lots of information and it's regularly updated:thumbsup2 You can also get a great view of the hotel on "Google Earth" where you can get a 3D view of the buildings which gives you a great perspective of what's where;)
We are looking forward to our stay there in September .. only 22 weeks to go..:cloud9::woohoo::woohoo::woohoo:

We love this resort. It's so small and friendly. Any specific uestions please let me know. :goodvibes

It's very nice.. Smaller than all the other resorts so you're never far from the car park or food court. You can use all of the POR facilities too which is a bonus, though we never found the time! We may end up staying there again this year as it's the cheapest moderate and are quite happy to do so :)

We stayed at POFQ for a few nights in November as part of our Wedding/Honeymoon trip. It was really nice, I would definately recommend it. I hope you have a great Wedding, I wish it was mine again....although I don't want to go through the stress of organising it again :)

We loved it here in 2007. It' s small so everything is near and it's a nice walk to POR where you can use their facilities. We loved coming back here after a long day at the parks to relax with a drink listening to Elliott Dyson, my ds then 9 loved it. The staff are really friendly & caring.
