I went in 2003, the food was excellent. The atmosphere is OK, there were a lot of kids so it was a bit noisy, but not like a character meal. We had "The Knot" which is no longer offered, it was appetizer, entree and I think dessert. Even tho it was a while ago, I would go back to try it again. We ate at 5pm, and the windows fogged up big time due to thunderstorms that passed over. (August).

Check allearsnet.com for menus, I think you will like it.

Narcoossee's is my favorite restaurant on property. Upscale without it being too stuffy. Great views of the MK, and its great come time for Wishes. I usually wear jeans and a button down shirt or nice polo, and my fiance usually wears a summer dress or something. If you like steamed muscels, they are fantastic there. So good, that we are serving them at our upcoming Disney wedding:thumbsup2 Enjoy.....

DH said he had to have Maine Lobster if he was going to Disney (no lobster tails) and so I booked this place.

DH had the Steamed Whole Maine Lobster and hasn't stopped talking about it. I had the Grilled Filet Mignon. And you should see the dessert tray. It is a work of art. WOW. I think this is DH favorite restaurant. Service was excellent, and our waiter was very personable.

I think we were told that business casual was appropriate, but people were wearing everything from dressy to jeans and shorts.

Enjoy! It's an excellent choice.

Went there in December. Although the restaurant was rather quiet with some tables open, it took us about 45 minutes to get our food. While it was good, DD3 and nephew 3 were too fussy cuz they were already hungry and it took too long for the food to arrive. We're gonna try it again in 4 month to see how it goes this time.

best. food. ever. check out both my dining reviews of this place. we are going twice in sept. we love it so much! its our favorite place to eat! give it a go!

DH usually wears a polo and Khakis and I wear dress pants or a skirt and sweater or nice top in the summer. try and sit by the window!

A slice of heaven at Disney. It will indeed be a treat to eat there; well worth the double TS.

We ate here for the first time on the 4th of July. It was absolutely awesome! It is now our favorite restaurant. DH and I had the surf and turf and the lobster tail was huge and was excellent. We also had great service and got to watch both the 4th of July fireworks as well as the 4th of July edition of the water parade. The only complaint was we had to wait over an hour for a table after our ressie. Everything else was great.

Our reservation was for 5:30 and it was not at all noisy. Our waiter was phenomenal and the views of the water pageant and Cinderella's castle all lit up were beautiful. This was THE BEST food we ate our entire 8 day trip. For appetizers we had calamari and beet salad. For main course we had the surf 'n turf and the "something" crusted fish. All were phenomenal and portions were surprisingly large. My husband was so stuffed and said he couldn't possibly eat dessert. We were on the DDP so I told him to get it anyway even of he could only eat a bite. He got the almond cherry cheescake and there was NOT A BITE LEFT! He said it was the best dessert he's ever eaten. The rest of us got the sorbet (yum and light) and the warm chocolate gateau (yum oozy chocolate). You will really enjoy this wonderful restaurant!

Thus far this is my favorite restaurant at Disney. The food is to die for and top notch. We had DH's 40th birthday dinner there back in April and I'm glad we did. The server was awesome too. He went above and beyond for DH's birthday.

We plan on doing Narcoossee's again. Unfortunately not on our next trip as there are so many other restaurants we want to try but hopefully next Spring I can talk DH into taking a 4 or 5 day adults only trip down there so we can have some really nice meals and some time without kiddo.

You will love it.

one of, if not THE best restaurant in all of disney. just made ADR to eat there on new years day. the food is excellent. i think the best dish is the surf and turf, a steak with lobster. the lobster is very good, and im from new england so it takes a really really good lobster to impress me, and narcoossee's did the trick. also for dessert they press the coffee right at your table, and it is one of the best cups of coffee in disney and the almond cheesecake is delicious. the atmosphere is nautical, very laid back and peaceful. get there a little early and take some time to go out on the deck outside, great view of the MK. you will not be disappointed in this restaurant, well worth the 2 credits!

This past May I was on the DxDDP and chose to dine at a Signature restaurant every night of my trip. I ate at Artist Point, Jiko, California Grill, Flying Fish, Yatchsman, Citricos, and Narcoosee. Narcoosee was by far the best meal of my trip and is the only one I am repeating during my upcoming September trip. The calamari are wonderful, the steak and lobster are soooo good, but the best thing I had all week was their almond cheesecake. It was out of this world. If you order it you'd better like almond though.

My mom is going with me in September. When I got home I showed her a picture of the cheesecake and told her how wonderful it was. She's a big cheesecake fan and has already threatened to eat mine, as well as hers. Do you think it might be frowned on if we got into a fight in the middle of Narcoosee's and I dumped my 75 y/o mother into the lake? Hey, I'd fish her out eventually (after I finished her cheesecake, that is:rolleyes: ). She's already said that we are going to con my husband into ordering it, then we're going to spill something on him, so he has to go to the men's room. While he's gone, we're going to ambush his cheesecake, then tell him the waiter took it.:rotfl: Yes, that cheesecake is that good!!!

It is fantastic! My dh and I ate there for the first time this past February. It is one of our favorites and we will eat there again. My dh had a whole lobster and loved it. I had steak and loved it. I had the endive/pear salad with sweetened pecans and it was to die for. I am looking for the recipe. I am a picky eater and I would recommend it to everyone. Go and enjoy.

We are trying it for the first time during our August trip. Can't wait! :goodvibes
