Tell me about MNSSHP

My neice and nephews enjoyed going to the different trick or treat stations. I think a piece of chocolate or two might have made it's way to Uncle Dave, too, even though I refused to wear a costume.

It was also nice to be in Magic Kingdom during a special ticket event, because it isn't quite as crowded as during a normal day. We weren't walking right onto things, but we also weren't elbow-to-elbow with people.

My favorite part, though, was the parade. Even though it only gets used a couple-dozen times a year, Disney spared no expense on this special parade. Don't be late, or you'll miss the headless horseman's ride.

We are planning to go to this event next year, in 2007. I am hearing so many good reviews on it! My kids and I can't wait!

We went to our first MNSSHP last Oct. It was wonderful. The kids had a blast trick-or-treating. We got candy as well. They had face painting area as well and we all got our faces painted. The parade and fireworks were spectacular. We went on a lot of rides with no waits as well. It was definitely the highlight of our trip.

Oh MNSSHP is great!

* Wonderful parade and fireworks
* Dance parties/costume contests for the kids
* Storytelling (I love how they decorate story garden-pumpkins, lanterns, fog)
* Trick or Treating
* Decorating/Theming is very festive

It is so much fun we're going twice!

This exactly describes my family! We've heard tidbits, but jumped at the chnace to schedule a MNSSHP trip without fully knowing what its about. All I know is its gotta be great. I'll be doing my homework between now and then to be sure we are savvy about how to maximiaze our experience

DH and I were the same way...didn't know a whole lot about it, just heard a few minor toidbits...but we found out it was going to be the night of our departure so we added an additional day and purchased our tickets for MNSSHP. Now I'm getting to know even more about it though we bought our tickets a few weeks ago.
