Tell me about JetBlue please

We fly out of Columbus, Ohio and JetBlue is starting service on Oct. 1. I have no info on their service, pricing or change policy. Are they on time most of the time? If the price goes down after I purchase can I cancel and rebook(like with Southwest)? Any info would be great.

Service (both telephone and flight): Great
Pricing: Competitive to excellent
Itinerary change policy: $30 via phone, $25 online
Price drop policy: NO cost for same itinerary. I called two different and now have $30 in credits AND dealt with really nice, helpful people both times.
Alert: When you do this, they actually do cancel and rebook your flight so make sure you get your seat/s reassigned to you during the transaction.

Other notes: Leather seats (the parts where you sit; seat backs are matching non-leather); free snacks (see jetblue.com) and non-alcoholic beverages; rows 11 and back have two inches more pitch - space between rows - than front seats; recently changed so that the last few rows board first, then random boarding to cut down on overstressing one area of plane at given time.

We love JetBlue. I have flights in Dec....I've called them about 3 times so far in order to get credits when my flights went down in price. They are really helpful and happy to give out that credit. I have found their flights to be on-time, the FAs terrific. Yep, we love JB!!!

They have wonderful planes with nice extras (tv,leather, etc). Their prices are competitive but I don't think they are all that much cheaper in the Florida/New York market. Out of JFK they were late over 90 percent of the time last year (not sure if this is common). Nice service.

Great airline. And those TV's are addictive. While they will sell you earphones, I'd bring a pair from home if you have a pair you like.
