We stayed at Grand Palms in May of this year. It is a nice, quiet, condo complex in the Lindfields section. Each unit is individually owned, so they are not all under the same management. We found ours on VRBO.
The area is clean, nice and we felt very safe. There is a nice pool with hot tub, tennis courts, small exercise area. We had a 2 b/2b unit overlooking the conservation area. The units have plenty of room for a family to spread out. Of course, with each being individually owned, decorating and theming varies.
We really enjoyed staying here. It is very convenient to the parks with the new western way entrance. If you are looking for a true resort with all the extras you may want to try Windsor Hills or Summer Bay. But, for a quiet, large, nice condo, you can't beat Grand Palms.
