Tell me about Dues...

We bought through resale this year and paid dues for 2006 with the closing. I'm guessing in January we will get our first dues "bill" from DVC. My plan is to have it debited monthly out of a checking account. Anyway, am I right in assumming a bill for dues is right around the corner?

You should get your bill right after Christmas, and they are due Jan 15th.

You may want to contact Member Accounting asap to set up the monthly debit from your account. I think they'll need a voided check.

Thanks for the information ( I love these boards!) I missed MS accounting by 20 minutes tonight. I'll call them tomorrow and set up my dues account, deducting from my bank account. Again, thanks for sharing.
