I'm not familiar at all with this resort - what are the occupany limits? And where is is located? Is it within walking distance to any parks? thanks for your help.

CSR is a great resort! Awesome transportation, great main pool area and terrific food options. Check out my CSR website below for pics and info.

We were there in March. Our vacation was extended due to cancelled flights, and we went from BWV to here for four nights. We had heard some pretty mixed reviews about it, so I don't think we ever would have stayed as a choice resort. We ended up LOVING it! It was so clean, and we felt like we had so much privacy. The pools were fantastic and even during the most peak of seasons there were many times we had the pools to ourselves. The bus system was great, and we really liked the options at the food court. I would recommend this place, the only downfall I thought was it's size. It's huge! If you get too far from the main area, you could be looking at a lot of walking.

CSR is a convention resort - well it used to be anyway, not sure if it still is. So during the day it was virtually empty while all the guests were working. It's very spread out so even though it has a lot of rooms, it never felt crowded at all. It has a great pool area, my son didn't even want to go to the parks, he wanted to stay at the pool! Being that it is very spread out though, you could have a room that is quite a hike from the food court. The food court is one of the better ones I've gone to at a Disney resort. Better than the value resorts & I thought better than AKL food court. The room we had was decorated beautifully & very spacious. There were 2 bus stops when we stayed there which helped, since our room was far from the main entrance. I would definitely stay there again.

I can't say enough about this resort...It is my favorite moderate and that is just from visiting the ones I haven't stayed at..I love the themeing and the food court and the pools and the empty busses....Hmmmm what more can I say other than I LOVE IT! If I didn't have to switch in August to POR I wouldn't but CSR was booked solid for my dates *I am guessing conventions*. There is always next time!

where is it located- near which park? Also, do they take 5 people in a room?

CSR is considered an "Animal Kingdom" resort, but it's not far from MGM or Epcot either, just a few mintues by bus or car. Magic Kingdom & Downtown Disney are anywhere from 10-20 min. by bus/car depending on how full it is, which stop at CSR you get on, traffic, etc. You cannot walk to anything from CSR that I'm aware of. Just walking around inside the resort can take a long time!

I don't think you can have 5 in a regular room at CSR but someone correct me if I'm wrong. If the 5th person is an infant they may allow a crib.
