Tell me about Chef Mickeys please!

We went for dinner in May of last year with my 3 (at the time) year old daughter. My fiancee and I thought the food was pretty bad (definitely the worst we had at Disney ... think soggy, overcooked, uninteresting food), but my daughter liked everything, especially the sundae bar.

And it was worth it to see the look on her face when all of the characters signed her autograph book.

Plus, we have the cutest picture of her "napkin twirling." As long as you are going for the kiddos and not the food, you should have a great time!

A two page thread about Chef Mickey's, and not ONE mention of the towel twirl?

We went for breakfast for our son's 12th birthday two years ago, and it was fantastic. We've been to several others, and they are all great, but the way they treated him for his birthday was outstanding.

I can't speak for dinner, but the breakfast food was outstanding, and the atmosphere was just a lot of fun. I'm sure you love it!

We were there in June of last year for dinner, first time for all of us, and absolutely loved it. We did it because my youngest DD is totally in love with Minnie Mouse and we thought it would be great if she could mingle with her while having dinner. My DH, who normally isn't into the whole character meal thing but does it for his DDs and DW, said that CM is the one place that he would definately return to. He is so funny, he had so much fun dancing and playing around with the characters....I actually saw his inner child come out :goodvibes
