Tell me about Candlelight Processional

Can someone explain the CP to me...I can't get the search function on this board to work.

People book dinner packages for this? Can you see the prosessional from the restaurant? How does that work? Is the CP a parade? What is it? What is the Narrator for? Are some restaurants in a better location for the CP?

Please help. I think I want to call tonight to book a dinner ressie, but I don't know what I'm doing.

I have never done this myself but have heard a lot of great stuff about it. The Candlelight processional itself is done back by the American Adventure pavilion (I believe) and there is a guest speaker who will read the christmas story backed by a gospel choir. You can link a dinner with it if you so choose and therefore are guaranteed a seat to the show. If you don't want to do dinner, you can wait in line and hope to get a seat. there is more information on this site...

Is it usually dark for the first showing of the Candlelight processional?

The processional is wonderful. It is not dark at 5 but that is our favorite showing. There are choirs, candles an orchestra, including the long trumpets, traditional carols to illustrate the Christmas story, which is read by a celebrity. It is really fabulous for Christians who love Christmas. This year, you eat first and then go to the processional.

If I buy the dining plan can I book the CP dinner package with it? Will it just be one table credit for each person?
