Room is approximately 360 sq ft, with queen bed, double pull-out sofa, and kitchenette with sink, small refrig and microwave. You can likely find pictures just by going to Google images and searching for "boardwalk villa studio."
There are two "preferred" view booking categories: boardwalk view (about 15% of all rooms which is often hard to get unless you are an owner of the resort who can book 11 months out), and pool/garden view (more than 60% of the resort). Boardwalk view, where rooms have the best view on site at WDW, is its own booking category, and since you did not mention it I am assuming you have pool/garden view. Pool/garden view can be a view of the main pool area, the channel leading to studios, the quiet (smaller) pool, or the Village Green which is the area on the boardwalk side outside the lobby and between BWV and BWI; that Village Green view has partial boardwalk view and if you want that the owner can put in a non-guaranteed equest for Village Green view. In any event, the best non-guaranteed request you can make with pool/garden view if area is not of concern is simply high floor to give you the best view of any area you might be in.
