We are a family of 5 preparing for a trip in October and I have heard that AAA has good discounts. We are not currently members but I'm curious to know whether it would be worth it to join for the discounts. Their website won't let me view those without logging on as a member. What are DW park ticket prices? What other Disney perks are included with AAA membership? I don't really care about resort discounts because we stay at Wyndham Bonnet Creek and love it.
Thanks!

I was just looking at these myself. Frankly, the ticket discounts aren't all that great for WDW - approx. $5-6 on average.

We have used a AAA travel agent for our past several trips. I have found it worth it, but mainly for the roadside service. One tow and my membership is covered!

For Disney the discounts are minimal, but it's just a bonus item to us. Some of the things we have gotten are preferred viewing spot for fireworks, storytime with a character, discounts to shopping and restaurants, and discounts off activities (like mini golf). Can you use a AAA discount and save money at the Wyndham? It's usually 10% off, but only off the rack rate. Do you travel at other times and stay in hotels? Again you can save the 10%. I would look at the full package of what you receive and not just Disney to determine if it's a value to you.
