Telephone Number for AP Eligibility Renewal Determination

I am trying to determine if I may renew my annual passes that I canceled last year. I want to call the correct telephone number the first time I call. Would someone be kind enough to share the number to call to have Disney determine if I am eligible for a renewal.

After a 45 minute wait this morning (which I didn't think was too bad) I got through the VIP passholder line. I canceled my AP last year and received a refund....which made me ineligible for a renewal...he did say they are deciding on a case by case basis whether you can purchase a new AP. He initially said to expect a call back in a week...then chuckled..and said actually about a month!
