Anyone know is Disney allows outside florists to deliver to their hotels?

Will they make the ftd arrangements on the ftd site or do I have to buy the super expensive christmas trees?

I have had both floral and fruit arrangements delivered to Disney resorts as well as Hilton Head, used both outside and Disney florists. With the outside florists/fruit I called the number to place orders so I could give them all the information they needed.
