Teenee Baggallini?

Has anyone ever used the teenee Baggallini? I was hoping to order the messenger bag for me and the teenee for DD. Is it something that would work as a waist bag for a 9 year old? Do you think we would both be happy with those choices?

I ordered the Teenee for me and it is - well - teenee. Doesn't hold much but for a 9 yr old I can see it being just fine. All depends on what she will want to carry. I also have a 9 yr old - and she would probably carry some spending $, mints a mininaure comb and lip gloss - which would fit nicely.

I bought myself the messenger baggallini everyone talks about on these boards, when it came my daughter (10 yrs old) was so jealous, she wanted her own. So I ordered her one too, she loves it and is really looking forward to using it on the trip. With all the codes out there for bagsbuy.com it was pretty easy to get a good deal. So I would suggest getting yourself one first and see if you daughter likes it (if you have time to order one and then order a second once it gets there). The messenger baggallini isn't that big (although I was surprised at how much I could fit in it), so you may just want to get her that.

I got one for me and my 12 year old DD fell in love with it. I wound up getting one for her. My 9 year old dd also liked it but it was too big for her, the strap just kept sliding off her shoulders. She's VERY tiny though..She wears a 6x. I wound up getting her a backpack. I haven't seen the teenee one though

The Teenie Bag is very small...might work for a 9 year-old, but not for anyone else!! It is more lilke a change purse on a strap.
If you have a Container Store near you, they carry the messenger bag/ Teenie Bag/ Wallet bag so you can check them out. The one near me had only black, and their prices were alarming, but I got a good feel for the size of the bags and what would/would not work.

I use a Teenee Baggallini nearly every day because I don't like to carry a full-sized purse. All is holds are my keys, cell phone, and a few credit cards. That's all I need to carry when I'm running an errand. They are pretty small to use around at the park as your main bag if you have a camera and a couple of other things to put in there.
