Teenager from Norway`s first time in disney

Hi everybody
I am taking a teenager ( a friend of my family ) to wdw late july early august -05
Pleeeease, I nead a lot of tips/ideas ( what to do, dining, shopping , what to do on the plane, how mutch money will she nead ( pocketmoney, she get`s the parktickets and food ) Everything. I love to hear what other have expirienced ( tripreports etc. )

Welcome to the Boards!
You are smart to begin planning in advance of the August trip. My advice is to go into the threads already on the boards and begin reading, reading, and reading some more.

You may want to pay special attention to the Teen Board, the Budget Board, Park Attractions and Strategies.
there's not much that isn't brought up.

A tip would be to ask more specific questions. It's difficult to answer a general....what do I do? because every person's taste and perspective is different.
We purchased a Birnbaum Guide to WDW prior to our first trip. That really helped me acclimate to the destination and it includes all kinds of other tips such as weather, clothing, best way to walk around the parks, etc.

Start tomorrow and read the Boards on a daily basis for about a month. You'll be surprised at how much more comfortable you feel and how many questions have been answered. Have a wonderful time!
