We are leaving on a 4 day cruise within weeks and our son will be turning 13 exactly 1 month from the date of the cruise. Will DCL allow our son to "age-up" for this cruise so that he can participate in the teen events? Thanks.:earsboy:

From what I understand, if he is within a month of the next group he can go up at your request. Haven't done this yet but I am planning to do it in September with my daughter who will be 3 weeks short of 10. She wants to be in the 10-12 group.

when i went on the 7 day cruise the same happened to me!! the first day of the cruise (3/2) i would be turning 13 in exactly a month. when i went to look around on the first day with my sister who would be turning 15 in a 2 weeks they ask what our names were and looked down the list. my sister was on the teen list because i wasnt 13 yet. then she checked my name and i said i would be turning 13 in exactly a month and the counseler said as long as you're with in a month i dont care!! so he can but just a warning if he acts very immature or misbehaves alot they can ask him to leave and not come back because he is not even 13 yet. any other questions about the teen place or any where else please ask!!
