Okay here is my situation. I called Kenny a few weeks back to reserve a cart for after Thanksgiving. Anyway he returned my call but I was unable to catch it and he left a message. In the message he mentioned that he had me down for the week I want but we needed to call back to give him a credit card number to hold the reservation. Well since then I have tried to call back twice leaving messages without any follow up from him. Should I be worried? Should I keep calling? I just don't want to be the annoying guy that calls every couple days but I also don't want to be the guy that gets stuck having to rent a Disney cart because Kenny is all booked up. From what I have read Kenny is great to work with so I am excited to rent from him I just don't know how to proceed. Thanks for any help

Keep calling. Kenny is a one man show and when he gets swamped he can be tough to track down. Someone mentioned he's sold out of carts this/next week, so I'm guessing he has his hands full.

In the same respect, if he said he has you down for a rental, and you called back and left him a message, Kenny is not the kind of guy to book another rental on top of yours. He isn't going to burn you, don't worry! He's really awesome and goes WAAAAY beyond what he has to do to make the customer happy.

Don't fret, he'll have you a cart.

"He isn't going to burn you, don't worry! He's really awesome and goes WAAAAY beyond what he has to do to make the customer happy."

That is what I figured from what I have read. I guess I will just try calling once a week until I get to speak with him.

I don't blame you for calling every couple of days, I just didn't want you to worry that he was going to drop your ressie!

How much does he charge for carts. We are going the last week of Sept with myself, DH, DS5 and my inlaws who are in there 70's - we requested to be near a comfort station but i'm thinking we might need a golf cart to get around for the week as well.

Does he have a website?

thanks

*****I just found the info in another thread thank you... but does anyone have his prices for 2010?

I reserved for 3/28 for 6 days and his quote was $210.00. That puts him around $245.00 or so for a week. Also he must get busy. He returned my call in 2 hours and we got everything in order, but later on that night he called me as if he never heard of me, returning my original call. We laughed and he assured me all was good. I'm sure because of all the positive marks he gets here, his business is good. Seems he really knows what Customer Service is.

This is the second time we've rented from Kenny. I simply forgot to call him earlier then Monday of this week. (Feb 15th) He said he was booked for the week but would have carts coming back on this Friday so we made the arrangements and he called me later for credit card info.

Last year we had cart trouble and Kenny was right there to get us going. When he didnt have a loaner, he went inside the outpost and rented us a Disney cart for the time it took to get another cart to us. You cannot beat that service. He might be a one man show, but he has a level of service that he wishes to maintain if you ask me.

He also gave us 10% off, since we had rented before from him. I did try to email him but that didnt work to well and ended up calling. I don't think he checks out the boards here or know about the many discussions.
