Tee Shirt Transfer Help

Quick Question: My Tshirts are all completed (THANKS AMY for the transfer paper they turned out great!!!) and Thanks to the DisDesigners for all your hard work. Okay so my question is do i have to set the transfers with something?? I think I read somewhere something about the ink running in the rain if you did do something like a vinegar wash?? or am I confused?? Is my family gonna end up one big ink blob if we dont do another wash?

No, the ink will not run. I have never done the vinegar wash. In fact, it rained almost daily when we were in WDW and we had no issues what so ever. I think using the vinegar wash is a personal decision but I have never seen a need to do it.
