Technology Challenged --HELP!!!!

Does anyone know how to put an Adobe pdf file into a Works file. I have stood on my head and spit nickles for hours and can't get the little buggers to cooperate.

Even I understand they are different formats and don't want to communicate. I've tried singing, "Why Can't We Be Friends," but that didn't work either. Is there any way, anyone can think of, to unite these kinds of files. My nerves are developing nerves over this. I would appreciate any tech savy advice that you can offer. You will save me another sleepless night --- which I could use more productively, if I can ever get the pdf to play nice with the document file.

I'm on a Mac, so I'm not sure if it's different for pc, but I "save as" and get a list of options, pdf being one of them. I click pdf and that's it.

I hate to tell you this...but it can't easily be done!

The ONLY way is too open the PDF file and Highlight what you want to copy. Then copy it and paste over to Word!
This is ok if it is just a few pages...but if it a HUGE file its unbearable. Also you Temp files for (copy) ony hold so much.

Thats why books, magazinse, etc are in PDF format. Very hard, if not impossible to copy.

Update: Thanks for responding.

My 12 year old was passing by as I hit the submit button and said: "Why are you asking strangers for help?" He knew how to do it.

I always say, when in doubt, ask a kid. I should have listened to myself.
