technical question?

I know some of you are working very hard at repairing the boards...so is thier anything us technophobs can do to help. I have visions of computers in pieces with screwdrivers and nuts everywhere and a lot of swearing going on.

What happens in this situation, and who exactly does the repair work, i find this fascinating that someone somewhere knows what to do and how to repair the problem.

Like you I am technically impaired, but................believe me when I say the Webmasters are
working away trying to sort out our problems and I am sure that if they need any help they
will call for it

I just want to thank them all for the time and effort they are putting in to try and get things sorted
