My wife and I read the board a lot. I have grown to enjoy it so well that I got my own DIS name and tried to participate in a discussion. I wrote a long reply and tried to post it, but the board keep telling me I have URL's in it, I have checked carefully and there are none, and am not yet worthy to post a URL.

What do I do now? :furious:

Well, first off, welcome to the DIS boards, under your own name, anyway! :welcome:

You probably figured this part out, but you need to have a certain number of posts to post URL's. I believe it's to discourage spammers.

I'm not sure why it thinks you have URL's when you don't. Could it be that something you typed is similar to a URL? Sometimes, when I use the "@" symbol, it pops up looking like an e-mail address.

If you don't get an answer here, try the Technology board.

That was what confused me. No words or symbols that could be mistaken for that.
